As an agricultural commodities business, protecting the Earth is core to our business. We depend on a healthy environment to produce good yields of high-quality crops. We therefore take action on our most material environmental issues while meeting the rising demand for more sustainable commodities, guided by our Environmental Policy.
Our climate strategy defines our approach to lowering our greenhouse gas emissions and building climate resilience. In particular, we focus on preventing deforestation and conversion in our supply chains.
We work with teams across our business to improve our environmental footprint and energy efficiency, increase our use of renewable energy and manage resources efficiently.
Collaborating with our suppliers, we prioritise protecting nature and biodiversity, improving soil health, conserving water and promoting healthy ecosystems.
