COFCO International wins global climate resilience award
COFCO International has been named winner of the Climate Risk Adaptation category at the 2026 Verdantix Transform Awards, an international award recognising companies delivering measurable progress in sustainability and climate resilience.
The award was presented on 18 March at the Verdantix Transform Summit 2026, attended by international sustainability leaders, service providers and industry experts. It was accepted on behalf of COFCO International by the Global Sustainability Team.
Nominated sustainability initiatives for this award were assessed on innovation, scalability and delivering positive business results by an independent panel of industry experts.
COFCO International’s recognition reflects its integrated approach to managing climate risk across its global supply chains, especially its success in linking SBTi Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG) climate targets to deforestation- and conversion-free sourcing, traceability and sustainability-linked financing.
Verdantix award finalists included a strong international field of global companies.
